HT-670x Series - Humidity Transmitter
The HT-670x Series Humidity Transmitters are intended to provide input to equipment under normal operating conditions. Where failure or malfunction of an HT-670x Series transmitter could lead to an abnormal operating condition that could cause personal injury or damage to the equipment or other property, other devices (limit or safety controls) or systems (alarm or supervisory) intended to warn of, or protect against, failure or malfunction of the HT-670x Series transmitter must be incorporated into and maintained as part of the control system.
Advanced Field Equipment Controllers (FACs)
Our FAC Series Advanced Field Equipment Controllers feature a real-time clock and support time-based tasks – enabling them to monitor and control schedules, calendars, alarms, and trends – typically for air handling and central plant equipment. FACs feature the ability to continue time-based control and monitoring when offline for extended periods of time, and they can operate as stand-alone controllers in applications that do not require a networked supervisory device or for network applications where it is preferred to have the scheduling, alarming, and trending performed locally.
Variable Air Volume Modular Assemblies (VMAs)
At Johnson Controls, our VMAs are designed to provide the best control for Variable Air Volume (VAV) boxes. With 32-bit processors, our VMA16s and VMA1832s are programmable controllers that can switch between MS/TP and N2 Communications protocols. Featuring a digital pressure sensor and a damper actuator, our VMA16 controllers come in a small package that facilitates quick field installation and efficient use of space. Our VMAs feature a wide variety of network sensor options for measuring zone temperature, duct temperature, zone humidity, carbon dioxide levels and more.
NS Series - Networked Sensors
NS Series Network Sensors are designed to function directly with Metasys system Field Equipment Controllers (FECs), Input/Output Modules (IOMS), Variable Air Volume (VAV) Modular Assembly (VMA16) Controllers, and Facility Explorer FX-PC Series Programmable Controllers (FX-FCGs, FX-PCVs, and FX-PCXs). Most NS Series Network Zone Sensors monitor room temperatures, however some also monitor zone humidity, carbon dioxide (CO2), local temperature setpoint adjustments and other variables. This data is transmitted to a controllers on the Sensor Actuator (SA) Bus. NS Series Network Zone Sensors include models with temperature setpoint dial and Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), allowing occupants to the zone temperature, Relative Humidity (RD), and view and adjust the zone temperature setpoint. Some models include a push button to toggle between temperatures on RH on display. A fan mode push button helps set the desired fan speed from auto, off, low, medium and high. An occupancy override function helps signal the controller the zone is occupied to override scheduled mode.
TE-6300 Series - Duct Mount Temperature Sensor
The TE-6300 Duct Mount Temperature Sensor line provides economical solutions for a wide variety of temperature sensing needs, including wall-mount, outdoor-air, duct, strap-mount, well-insertion, duct-averaging, and VAV Modular Assembly (VMA) flange-mount duct-probe applications. The TE-6300 line offers both a metal and a plastic enclosure for the most popular models.
