EVAPRE Evaporation Retardant Film
EVAPRE evaporation retardant is an economical, high quality, water-based compound. It is specifically designed to form a thin monomolecular film to reduce rapid moisture loss from the concrete surfaces prior to curing. EVAPRE provides a significant aid in producing high-quality concrete flatwork. Rapid evaporation of water is retarded, slab surface conditions are normalized, and workers can adhere more closely to established finishing schedules. EVAPRE is also VOC-compliant.
EVAPRE-RTU Ready-to-Use Evaporation Retardant
EVAPRE-RTU is a ready-to-use evaporation retardant that is high quality and water-based. It is specifically designed to form a thin monomolecular film to reduce rapid moisture loss from the concrete surface prior to curing. EVAPRE-RTU provides a significant aid in producing high quality concrete flatwork. POLY-GRIP
POLY-GRIP is a two-component, styrene-free, acrylic system used for anchoring and doweling applications in uncracked concrete using threaded rod and rebar. The product may be used in temperatures between 15° – 95° F (-9° C – 35° C). POLY-GRIP is used for adhering dowel bars and tie bars for full-depth concrete repairs. The product also provides short-term tensile anchoring and shear loading conditions in accordance with allowable stress design (ASD). It features a wide service temperature range between -40° F – 176° F (-40° – 80° C). POLY-GRIP is moisture-insensitive, allowing installation and curing in damp water-saturated environments. The product can also be used as a bonding agent for fresh concrete to hardened concrete and hardened to hardened concrete.
REZI-WELD LV
REZI-WELD LV low viscosity injection epoxy is a moisture insensitive, very low viscosity, high modulus, high strength, structural injection resin. REZI-WELD LV resists most chemicals and features a unique, innovative unitized packaging concept. It combines two pre-measured components into an easy-to-handle single unit along with a handy wood-mixing paddle (1 gal. unit only). The unitized packaging eliminates mishandling and mismatching of the components on the jobsite.
REZI-WELD 1000
REZI-WELD 1000 is a medium-viscosity, two-component, construction-grade structural epoxy adhesive. It is moisture-insensitive and resistant to many chemicals. High modulus, high strength REZI-WELD 1000 is color coded to assure proper mixing and is self-leveling and easy to apply.
REZI-WELD GEL PASTE
REZI-WELD GEL PASTE is a high viscosity, rapid setting, thixotrophic, structural, epoxy-based, chemical anchoring/bonding adhesive and injection resin. REZI-WELD GEL PASTE provides high mechanical properties and bond strength to concrete and various other substrates. REZI-WELD GEL PASTE is a two-component, moisture-insensitive construction epoxy, which can be troweled, brushed, injected, or pumped.
REZI-WELD LV STATE
REZI-WELD LV STATE is an ultra-low viscosity, two-component, 100% solids, rapid setting, epoxy-based, structural injection resin. It is a solvent-free, low odor, high strength, high modulus, moisture-insensitive, ultra-low viscosity epoxy resin system. REZI-WELD LV STATE resists most chemicals and forms a structural, monolithic bond with typical concrete. Its low surface tension facilitates deep penetration into hairline to medium-sized cracks. The 100% solids formulation is volumetrically stable, ensuring a solid bond to both sides of the crack.
SPECTRUM RE-KOTE TF
SPECTRUM RE-KOTE TF is a single-component, polymer-modified, rapid-hardening, cementitious concrete repair mortar designed for the renovation and resurfacing of deteriorated concrete surfaces. SPECTRUM RE-KOTE TF contains a migrating corrosion inhibitor.
MEADOW-PATCH T1
MEADOW-PATCH T1 is a one-component, polymer-modified, cementitious repair mortar designed for horizontal, vertical, and overhead applications. This all-purpose mortar is designed for localized maintenance patching and minor repairs 1” (25.4 mm) to featheredge.
MEADOW-PATCH T2
MEADOW-PATCH T2 is a two-component, polymer-modified, cementitious concrete resurfacer and repair mortar.
MEADOW-CRETE FNP
MEADOW-CRETE FNP is a one-component, flowable, shrinkage-compensated, corrosion inhibitor enhanced repair mortar for structural applications. MEADOW-CRETE FNP can be formed and poured or formed and pumped, utilizing a suitable grout pump. It has a low permeability, protects embedded reinforcing steel, and provides a lower in-place cost.
MEADOW-CRETE FNP EXTENDED
MEADOW-CRETE FNP EXTENDED is a one-component, pre-extended, shrinkage-compensated repair mortar for structural repairs and reinstatement of concrete elements. The product can be formed and poured or formed and pumped, utilizing a suitable concrete pump. MEADOW-CRETE FNP EXTENDED contains 3/8″ nominal size aggregate and is suitable for applications requiring cathodic protection, impressed systems, or sacrificial anode applications.
MEADOW-CRETE GPS
MEADOW-CRETE GPS is a one-component, trowel- or pneumatically-applied (wet process), migrating-corrosion-inhibitor enhanced, polymer-modified, shrinkage-compensated, fiber-reinforced, micro-silica enhanced, cementitious repair mortar for horizontal, vertical, and overhead applications.
MEADOW-CRETE FNP EXTENDED NE
MEADOW-CRETE FNP EXTENDED N.E. is a one-component, pre-extended, high slump, shrinkage-compensated concrete repair product for structural repairs and reinstatement of concrete elements. MEADOW-CRETE FNP EXTENDED N.E. can be formed and poured or formed and pumped utilizing a suitable concrete pump. MEADOW-CRETE FNP EXTENDED N.E. contains 3/8” (9.5 mm) nominal size aggregate and is also suitable for applications requiring cathodic protection, impressed systems, or sacrificial anodes.
MEADOW-PATCH 5
MEADOW-PATCH 5 is a one component, cementitious, very fast setting restoration/repair mortar and water plug. This product has a light gray color and is designed for vertical, overhead, and horizontal applications, as well as for stopping active fluid seepage. This very fast-setting, low slump repair mortar may be troweled, shaped, molded, and shaved before taking a final set. MEADOW-PATCH 5 is an excellent patching solution for difficult vertical/overhead applications without using expensive and intricate forming techniques.
MEADOW-PATCH 20
MEADOW-PATCH 20 is a one-component, cementitious, fast setting restoration/repair mortar. This product has a light gray color and is designed for vertical, overhead, and horizontal applications. This fast setting, low slump repair mortar may be troweled, shaped, molded, and shaved before taking a final set. MEADOW-PATCH 20 is an excellent patching solution for difficult vertical and overhead applications without using expensive forming techniques.
ACRY-LOK
ACRY-LOK is a high-solid, acrylic polymer latex admixture and bonding agent. This milky white liquid is non-yellowing in Portland cement mortars and concrete. When used as an admixture, ACRY-LOK provides increased abrasion, impact and crack resistance, flexural strength, and freeze/thaw tolerance. Permeability is also reduced, providing added protection from chloride intrusion and scaling ACRY-LOK when used to make a slurry bond coat enhances the bond between the existing concrete and placement of the fresh cement-based concrete topping or repair mortar. ACRY-LOK will not re-emulsify once allowed to fully dry
DECK-O-WELD
DECK-O-WELD bonding agent is a high solids content, water dispersion of bonding polymers, compounded specifically for modifying Portland cement, plastic, and stucco compositions. It is a milky white, non-yellowing liquid, ready for use as an interface or intramix bonding agent. When properly mixed and applied, DECK-O-WELD forms a tenacious bond between new-to-old concrete. Cement mortars modified with DECK-O-WELD are hard, tough, and durable. The product offers superior tensile, flexural, and impact strengths. Also, mortars and concrete modified with DECK-O-WELD typically show greater adhesion. DECK-O-WELD-modified concrete is unaffected by ultraviolet light and will not yellow
DECRA-SEAL WB
DECRA-SEAL W/B is a non-yellowing, proprietary blend of polymers, high solids, liquid sealer for decorative concrete. The product is clear, transparent, and easy to apply. DECRA-SEAL W/B also offers greatly improved chemical resistance when compared to standard curing and sealing compounds. The product has been formulated to seal and protect decorative colored concrete by producing a hard (yet flexible) clear film.
HYDRASET
HYDRASET calcium chloride concrete set accelerator is a ready-to-use, liquid admixture. It accelerates initial setting time one to three times faster than normal mortar and concrete.
INTRALOK
INTRALOK bonding agent is a high solids, water-based emulsion admixture suitable for modifying Portland cement compositions. It is also designed for use as a bonding agent between new and hardened concrete. It is a milky white, non-yellowing liquid ready for use and requires no onsite dilution. Cement mortars modified with INTRALOK are hard, tough, and durable. It offers superior tensile, flexural, and impact strengths. Also, mortars and concrete modified with INTRALOK typically show greater adhesion. Concrete modified with INTRALOK is unaffected by ultraviolet light and will not yellow.
LIN-SEAL
LIN-SEAL penetrating and anti-spalling compound is a specification-grade formulation of boiled linseed oil in mineral spirits. LIN-SEAL is specifically formulated to reduce spalling and scaling of concrete. This type of penetrating compound is recommended by many state Departments of Transportation for prolonging the life cycle of concrete exposed to water, de-icing salts, and other destructive materials. However, good concrete and concreting practices should be used, as LIN-SEAL will not be effective on improperly mixed, placed, or cured concrete.
LIN-SEAL EMULSION
LIN-SEAL EMULSION anti-spalling and curing and sealing compound is a true water-based, high solids emulsion of boiled linseed oil. LIN-SEAL EMULSION is designed for freshly placed concrete helping to retain original moisture to aid hydration and assist in the development of high early and ultimate strengths. LIN-SEAL EMULSION is a single-application penetrating sealer that protects existing concrete from the effects of deicing chemicals. It also prevents map cracking, checking, spalling, and scaling. LIN-SEAL EMULSION appears milky white in the container and when first applied, providing visual identification of covered area.
LIN-SEAL WHITE
LIN-SEAL WHITE anti-spalling and curing compound is a true water-based, white-pigmented, high solids emulsion of boiled linseed oil. When properly applied, the product forms a protective coat that inhibits moisture loss in freshly-placed concrete. The white pigments reflect the heat-producing rays of the sun to keep the concrete surface cooler and prevent excessive heat buildup. The product is also ideal for preventing spalling and scaling of concrete surfaces.
SURE-STEP
SURE-STEP slip-resistant additive is a finely ground polymer material for addition to concrete sealers for slip resistance. This additive can be added to most film-forming water- and solvent-based sealers, including the CS-309™, DECRA-SEAL™, VOCOMP®, TIAH®, and SEAL CURE™ products from W. R. MEADOWS. Please consult sealer manufacturer prior to using if using a product not listed above.
TIAH OTC
TIAH OTC acrylic sealing compound is an acrylic polymer solution that dries to a transparent film, which improves abrasion resistance of the concrete. The product is specifically formulated for extended working time and provides a tough, clear film that will not after-yellow. It also provides improved weather and stain resistance, combined with a dustproof sealer.
TOP-STOP
TOP-STOP is a spray-applied, water-soluble surface retarder designed to slow the set of surface mortar in concrete to expose the aggregate. It temporarily halts the set of Portland cement at the surface while the concrete below the surface cures normally. TOP-STOP is economical and easy to use, producing beautiful exposed aggregate concrete flatwork with consistent results. TOP-STOP is non-flammable and VOC-compliant.
VOCOMP-30
VOCOMP-30 is a ready-to-use, 30% solids concrete curing and sealing compound formulated of special acrylic polymers in a true water-based carrier. VOCOMP-30 provides improved resistance to rain, sun, freezing temperatures, most acids and industrial chemicals, petroleum, deicing salts, cleaning agents (except aromatic solvents), diluted caustics, and other pollutants. Color-wise, VOCOMP-30 appears milky white in the container and, when first applied, leaves a bluish cast on the concrete for easy visual coverage. VOCOMP-30 dries clear to provide a transparent sheen finish. This sheen can be controlled by the number of coats applied.
ULTRITE CLEANER
ULTRITE CLEANER is a ready-to-use cleaner intended for use with ULTRITE COATING REMOVER from W. R. MEADOWS. This product is the second step of the two-step coating removal process
ULTRITE COATING REMOVER
ULTRITE COATING REMOVER is an easy-to-use, soy-gel coating remover. This gel-type product effectively removes topical sealers, acrylics, latex, urethanes, enamels, some epoxies, and other single-component coatings. ULTRITE COATING REMOVER is safe, low-odor, and non-caustic.

FORM OIL

Made from compressed wood fibers, WF XBOARD is a VOC-compliant, non-bituminous utility board with multiple uses in the concrete and swimming pool markets.
ASPHALT EXPANSION JOINT
ASPHALT EXPANSION JOINT is the “original” expansion joint filler. It is composed of a blend of asphalts and mineral fillers formed under heat and pressure between two asphalt-saturated liners. It is waterproof, permanent, flexible, and self-sealing.
CERAMAR
CERAMAR is a flexible foam expansion joint filler composed of a unique synthetic foam of isomeric polymers in a very small, closed-cell structure. Gray in color, CERAMAR is a lightweight, flexible, highly resilient material offering recovery qualities of over 99%. The compact, closed-cell structure will absorb almost no water.

FIBRE LITE is a unique, light-duty forming material and expansion joint. Time tested across the United States and Canada, this all-natural product is perfect for forming walkways, patios, pool aprons, and driveways. FIBRE LITE is compatible with sealants, including polymerized sealants. The basic raw material in FIBRE LITE is 100% post-consumer wastepaper (with weather- and termite-resistant additives). FIBRE LITE is lightweight, splinter-free, and easy to cut or shape.
PLASTIC JOINT MATERIALS SPEED-E-JOINT, DECK-O-JOINT, SNAP CAP, KEYWAY
SPEED-E-JOINT consists of two solid pieces that have been pre-assembled for easy handling and installation. SPEED-E-JOINT offers an ideal solution to controlling cracks in concrete. It is a rigid preformed contraction joint that produces a straight-line crack on the surface of concrete slabs and locks into the aggregate just below the surface. SPEED-E-JOINT is strong, economical, and eliminates waste in providing straight lines. It is quick and easy to install.
REZI-WELD FLEX Semi-Rigid Epoxy Joint Filler
REZI-WELD FLEX is a gray, two-part, pourable consistency, premium-grade, moisture-insensitive, epoxy joint filler formulation. When cured, it is semi-rigid, with a Shore D Hardness of 60.
SPONGE RUBBER EXPANSION JOINT
SPONGE RUBBER EXPANSION JOINT is produced to a uniform thickness and density from gray-colored, top-quality, blown sponge rubber. It is easily compressed and has a recovery of 95% or more of the original thickness and a density of not less than 30 lb./ft.³ (480.56 kg/m3).

SPONGE RUBBER EXPANSION JOINT is produced to a uniform thickness and density from gray-colored, top-quality, blown sponge rubber. It is easily compressed and has a recovery of 95% or more of the original thickness and a density of not less than 30 lb./ft.³ (480.56 kg/m3).
WATERSTOP EC
WATERSTOP EC is a multilayered, bentonite-based waterstop for construction joints. The self-sealing properties of bentonite are encased within a hydration-resistant core providing both extreme free swell properties as well as delayed swell properties. The multilayered structure with polypropylene fabric and strong tear-resistant netting provides for additional strength and structure. WATERSTOP EC will provide superior performance over the life expectancy of the structure.
SIL-CRETE Lithium-Silicate Curing Agent and Densifier
SIL-CRETE concrete curing agent and densifier is a waterborne, low solids, lithium-silicate-based, ready-to-use formulation which cures and densifies freshly troweled concrete and also can be used to densify and seal existing concrete. When applied to fresh concrete, the product helps to reduce water evaporation and improves the surface integrity of the concrete. It is residue-free and contains no wax, resin, or other materials that would inhibit the bond of subsequent coatings and/or treatments over substrates treated with SIL-CRETE.
PERMINATOR 10 and 15 Mil Underslab Vapor Barrier
PERMINATOR® underslab vapor barrier is a new generation of polyolefin-based resin/chemical technology. PERMINATOR provides the vapor barrier industry with a highly effective, economical choice for helping to reduce the penetration of moisture and water vapor through the slab into the structure, thereby helping to reduce fungus, mildew, and mold growth. PERMINATOR also helps reduce radon gas from entering the structure. PERMINATOR EVOH is a seven-layer co-extruded barrier manufactured from state-of-the-art polyethylene and EVOH resins. Designed to provide superior resistance to gas and moisture transmission, PERMINATOR EVOH is a highly resilient underslab gas/vapor barrier (20 Mil) designed to restrict naturally occurring gases, such as radon, methane, gasoline, solvents, oils, and hydrocarbons, from migrating through the ground and into the concrete slab.

ARIZONA SEAL is an acrylic polymer solution that dries to a transparent film, which improves abrasion resistance of the concrete surface. It is specially formulated to enhance the natural beauty of most cementitious materials and will not after-yellow. In addition, ARIZONA SEAL is also formulated to enhance the beauty of natural stone in exposed aggregate surfaces while providing maximum surface protection. When properly applied, ARIZONA SEAL produces a glossy “wet look” finish.
BELLATRIX
BELLATRIX is formulated using proprietary, dual-protection technology combined with unique hybrid polymers to offer the ultimate in concrete protection. BELLATRIX offers environmentally friendly, VOC-compliant protection, which provides increased stain suspension and resistance against many contaminants found in kitchens, retail food stores, restaurants, malls, garages, warehouses, distribution centers, etc.
DECK-O-GRIP WB
DECK-O-GRIP W/B is a non-yellowing, water-based, blended, polymer-based, high solids, liquid sealer for decorative concrete. The product is clear, transparent and easy to apply. DECK-O-GRIP W/B also offers greatly improved chemical resistance when compared to standard acrylic-only based curing and sealing compounds.
INTRAGUARD
INTRAGUARD is a water-based, penetrating sealing compound for concrete and masonry surfaces. INTRAGUARD is a water-repellent, specifically designed to reduce the intrusion of water and chlorides into the substrate. This proprietary blend of silane and siloxane penetrates into the pores of the concrete and masonry to reduce scaling caused by deicing salts as well as protecting vertical masonry surfaces from the ingress of water. Good concrete and concreting practices must be used, as INTRAGUARD will not be effective on improperly designed, placed or cured concrete.
LIQUI-HARD
LIQUI-HARD concrete densifier and chemical hardener compound is a proprietary, water-based, ready-to-use, clear silicate liquid, formulated with chemically reactive raw materials to harden and dustproof concrete. This waterborne solution, when properly applied, offers substantial improvement in abrasion and chemical resistance and will significantly improve the durability of the concrete surface when compared to untreated concrete. As LIQUI-HARD is applied and penetrates into the concrete surface, a chemical reaction takes place, producing a byproduct that fills in the pores of the concrete. This process produces a substantially denser concrete surface with enhanced durability. In addition to the densifying and hardening action, LIQUI-HARD also solidifies the concrete, eliminating dusting and pitting.
LIQUI-HARD ULTRA
LIQUI-HARD ULTRA concrete densifier and chemical hardener is a waterborne, lithium-silicate-based, ready-to-use, colorless liquid, which hardens and dustproofs concrete at a molecular level. After proper application, the finished surface offers substantial improvement in abrasion and chemical resistance and will significantly improve the durability of the surface when compared to untreated concrete. MED-CURE

LIN-SEAL EMULSION anti-spalling and curing and sealing compound is a true water-based, high solids emulsion of boiled linseed oil. LIN-SEAL EMULSION is designed for freshly placed concrete helping to retain original moisture to aid hydration and assist in the development of high early and ultimate strengths. LIN-SEAL EMULSION is a single-application penetrating sealer that protects existing concrete from the effects of deicing chemicals. It also prevents map cracking, checking, spalling, and scaling. LIN-SEAL EMULSION appears milky white in the container and when first applied, providing visual identification of covered area.
LIN-SEAL WHITE
LIN-SEAL WHITE anti-spalling and curing compound is a true water-based, white-pigmented, high solids emulsion of boiled linseed oil. When properly applied, the product forms a protective coat that inhibits moisture loss in freshly-placed concrete. The white pigments reflect the heat-producing rays of the sun to keep the concrete surface cooler and prevent excessive heat buildup. The product is also ideal for preventing spalling and scaling of concrete surfaces.
