   Model B-1- 6 Post Top Beacon

   The B-1, 6" Post-Top Beacon shall be fabricated with 5" sch. 40 steel pipe (5.56" OD), welded to 2 ea. 1 inch wide decorative collars (6.62" OD) and a schedule 40 weld cap. Steel pipe shall conform to ASTM A53. Mounting plate shall be 1/8" stainless steel recessed inside base collar and have (3) 3/8" mounting holes for anchor bolts. Anchor bolts by others.

   Model B-1- 8 Post Top Beacon

   The B-1, 8" Post-Top Beacon shall be fabricated with 8" .188 wall pipe (8.625" OD), welded to 2 ea. 1-1/2 inch wide decorative collars (9.625" OD) and a schedule 40 weld cap. Steel pipe shall conform to ASTM A53. Mounting plate shall be 1/8" SS recessed inside base collar and have (4) 1/2" mounting holes for anchor bolts. Anchor bolts by others.

   Model B-1-L LED Bollard with 6 LED lights

   The B-1-L, 6" bollard shall be fabricated with 5" sch. 40 steel pipe (5.56" OD), fully welded to 2 ea. 2 inch and 1 ea. 3" wide decorative collars (6.62" OD) and a schedule 40 weld cap. Surface mount bollards shall be fully welded to a 5/8" x 10-1/4" steel flange with 5/8" holes for 1/2" anchor bolts. Anchor bolts by others. Steel pipe shall conform to ASTM A53.

   Model B-2-4 Bollard

   The B-2, 4" bollard shall be fabricated with sch. 40 pipe (4-1/2" OD) and a sch. 40 weld cap welded and ground smooth. For removable bollard: a 3-1/2" sch. 40 steel insert welded and ground smooth. Steel shall conform to ASTM A53. The in ground receivers, for removable bollards shall be fabricated with 4-1/2" OD steel pipe welded to a 3" x 5" lockwell.

   Model B-2-6 Bollard

   The B-2, 6" bollard shall be fabricated with 5" sch. 10 steel pipe (5.56" OD) and a schedule 40 weld cap welded and ground smooth. Steel shall conform to ASTM A53. The in ground receiver, for removable bollard only shall be fabricated with a 6-1/4" OD steel sleeve welded to a 3" x 5" lockwell.

   Model B-2-8 Bollard

   The B-2, 8" bollard shall be fabricated with 8" .188 wall pipe (8.625"OD), and a sch. 40 weld cap all fully welded and ground smooth. Steel shall conform to ASTM A53. The in ground receiver, for removable bollard only shall be fabricated with 9-1/8" OD steel sleeve welded to a 3" x 5" lockwell.

   Model TS-1H Bench

   Seat: 1" x 7-1/4" wood boards. Frame: 11 gauge laser cut steel framework

   Model LSK-020 Bench

   Seat Boards: 3 ea. 2 x 6 (1½" x 5½") Ipe Frames: 1/4" laser cut steel seat frame, end panel shall be 1/4" and 3/8" fully welded and formed laser cut steel, arms shall be (3) 1/4" x 2" welded steel assemblies. Support leg shall be 2-1/2" Sch 40 steel pipe. All components shall be drilled and formed for quick assembly, ready to be attached to seat frame with SS hardware. All steel conforms to ASTM A36 or ASTM A53.

   Model BI-3 Bench

   Frame: 1/4" and 11 gauge laser cut steel frame Seat and back: 14 gauge perforated steel

    Model B-7S Bollard

    The B7-S pedestrian bollard is fabricated with 1/4" steel to form a 4" square tube with (4) laser cut chevron panels. Top includes a 5" sphere and flared square detail with formed 1/2" steel rod fully welded and ground smooth. Base shall have a 1/2" x 3" collar. The 9 1/2" square surface mount base plate shall be fully welded to the bollard. Steel shall conform to ASTM A36.

    Model B-10-DL LED Downlight Bollard

    The B-10 LED Downlight bollard shall be fabricated with 3/8" steel side panels with 11 GA cascading center panels. The top assembly shall be 11 GA T304 stainless steel. Bollards shall be fully welded to a 1/2" x 9" x 9" square steel base plate with 5/8" holes for 1/2" anchor bolts. Anchor bolts by others. Mild steel shall conform to ASTM A36.

    Model LSK-018 Bench

    Seat and Back Boards: 3 ea. 2 x 6 Ipe (1½" x 5½"), 2 ea. 2 x 4 (1½" x 3½") Ipe. Frames: 1/4" laser cut steel seat frame, end panel shall be 1/4" and 3/8" fully welded and formed laser cut steel, back and arms shall be (3) 1/4" x 2" welded steel assemblies. Support leg shall be 2-1/2" Sch 40 steel pipe. All components shall be drilled and formed for quick assembly, ready to be attached to seat frame with SS hardware. All steel conforms to ASTM A36 or ASTM A53.
